These are large 3 & 4 bedroom detached country villas, ranged along the fairways of the Indiana golf course. Their design faithfully reflects that of the larger country “cortijos” and “haciendas” of the Almanzora and Spanish Levante region. These were built to defend against the heat of summer, but sadly there are few originals left here now and the style has become better known as being Spanish Colonial, as in the Mexico of the Spanish era, where they performed a similar role of keeping the summer heat at bay.

All have a gated front court, a walled off garden immediately overlooking the desert golf course with spectacular views and a private swimming pool.

They have extensive and cool colonnaded verandas with fans and private roof terraces.
