The Villa Company is a family owned business, now in its 20th year, having been established in 1988. The business was established with one goal in mind - openness and honesty. Having been let down and disappointed by other holiday rental companies and overseas property agents, a decision was made to form a business where every property and builder is vetted and visited, and to deal with reputable builders and owners only. All our properties are personally visited and inspected by ourselves, and all legal and other documents verified prior to marketing. Needless to say, we only deal with the best and most reputed properties worldwide.

Due to our legal background (our brother being one of the largest criminal solicitors in the UK and we having worked in this practice for several years), and having several other solicitors and barristers in the family, we are well aware of the importance of being honest in all dealings.

From it's modest beginning as holiday rental agents specializing in a small village called Mojàcar in South East Spain, our first venture into property development was on a small scale consisting of two detached villas located within 100 meters of the beach. This project was successfully completed within 12 months and included planning the development, obtaining planning and building permissions, contacting several builders and obtaining quotes, awarding the contract to a suitable builder, making payments and manage the whole project. During this time, the rental division was growing from strength to strength, with our portfolio tripling in the first year.

Now in our 20th year, our portfolio include world-class beach and golf properties in Spain, Portugal, Italy, Thailand, Mexico, Florida, Brazil, Cape Verde, Goa, etc..
