How to Rent a property

With our free lettings valuation we will confirm to you what your property is worth on a monthly basis and advise you on all legal information you will need to rent your property
From the point of instruction, we will require a copy of the property’s E.P.C. (Energy Performance Certificate) on file to begin marketing your property for rent (this can be supplied by us if requested)
Once we have found you a suitable tenant, we will then begin the full reference process, obtaining a detailed credit search, bank reference, employer’s reference, a previous landlord reference and character references. If the applicant is successful we will notify you by telephone and arrange a suitable move in date. During the period from your tenant’s successful referencing and move in date, we will require the following information from you – Landlords Gas Safety Certificate, Inventory report, and your signed terms of business.
On move in day, we will sign the tenancy agreement on your behalf (if requested) set up a standing order for future rental payments, have your inventory report signed & witnessed, and of course collect all funds due.
If you have chosen our Full Management Service, we will ensure the term of the tenancy will be as stress free as possible.
